7-Kreuzer, 1802, E- marked coin

Hi Everyone!

I stumbled upon this site while trying to find out more about a particular coin in my friend's possession. He bought an old coin a while back when he lived in Turkey. It is a 7-Kreuzer (1802-E) coin. From what I can tell from this site, it is pretty rare.  Can anyone tell me more about it and give me an idea of its present value (assuming it is the real thing)?

Thanks!

While that is true for the price scale, it may not be true for the coin. If a coin is extremely rare than any condition would satisfy a purchaser.
