Coin metals

Hi!
I just came back to Sweden after a year in Korea. What just hit me, after my first visit in the grocery store, is that the change of the Swedish coinage might be more interesting than what I first thought.
The thing is that the new 1 and 2 krona is made out of Copper plated Steel, and the new 5 krona is made out of Nordic Gold, as well as the 10 krona. This means that the change will all be in red and yellow metals. There's no more Copper-nickel coins in circulation.
So, is there any other country out there that doesn't have any silvery coins in circulation, or is Sweden the first country to throw out the classic grey/silvery copper-nickel coins?
They are always chasing out the better metals with cheaper ones, as they say, 'Bad money drives out good money'. They've done it with gold silver and copper and now Cu-Ni. It must be strange after being away for so long.
