It was the area later known as East Prussia under Russian occupation during the Seven Years War.
The Brandenburg part was not conquered by Russia. Eventually the Anglo-Prussian-Portuguese alliance was victorious, but no territorial changes in Europe compared to this map of 1748 were made.
The war increased Prussia's prestige, but also weakened it. 40 years later it was no match for the invading Napoleonic armies.
