33mm wide 14g
Looks like a 1 Penny (from the size) Irish coin from around 200 years ago, with a harp on the reverse. If so should have HIBERNIA lettering above it. Welcome to the site. :)

This is the only one with a portrait facing left, and a crowned harp ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces13576.html Only two years, 1822 or 1823.
Not sure about harp (or portrait) size, in comparison.

Though could be this 1 Penny token ...
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces126053.html Around 1813 date.

Still may not be your coin. I wonder what other members think it could be?
Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
Indeed, first glance made me think of Ireland too
Diameter will help a little bit.
The weight will not be correct but can be a clue.
It could be indeed be a irish Conder token.

This design (Bust & Harp) is found on Canadian Colonials too.

I checked very thoroughly and nothing at 33 mm and 14g.

Good luck with your search.
