Looks like a 1 Penny (from the size) Irish coin from around 200 years ago, with a harp on the reverse. If so should have HIBERNIA lettering above it. Welcome to the site.

Not sure about harp (or portrait) size, in comparison.

This looks like a lion at bottom of neck just weighed and it's actually 15grams also has a cliopatra or Indian princess with jewelled head vale at side of face and under light has emerald sparkles through coin
