Nope.
The highest 'official' US denomination is the $100,000 Gold Certificate with Wilson on it, and that never actually circulated in the general public.
These are novelty items. Fake isn't even a word to describe them, since that would imply there's a 'real' official issued version of the $1 million USD note.
