Micronesia ? [solved]

Hello,
Found such coins

On auction site of very well known coin shop. We have theirs copyright for many coins. They marked this coins as legal tenders. What do you think ? Using fastest way to check. In Micronesia they are using USD dollar. Same as other official users of USD $

We do have Marshall Islands, Palau coins here why we don't have Micronesia ?
Can someone explain to me difference between Micronesia and Palau, Marshall Islands ?
