What is the (fr) BE and (fr) BU differences in the comment section of a coin?

On the French page (fr) there are notes about the coin, which currently have not been written on the English page also. The reverse can happen where on English page is a note, but nothing on the French page, apart from (en) and the note. I think BE is Belle Épreuve.
