It would help a lot if there was a "Topics that I have posted in" button for each sub forum to help narrow down the results a lot.

Thanks for this extra feature! Very handy.

Could a link for "Topics that I have posted in" be placed at the bottom of every sub-forum?

It took me a while to discover how to only get the messages of a specific sub-forum (dropdown menu at top of the page) as I was expecting it to appear on every sub-forum. So I guess I won't be the only one who will miss out on this feature.
