Could someone translate these Chinese ration coupons for me?

Hi all,

I recently got a bulk lot of Chinese ration coupons but I'm having trouble with translating the following coupons. Could someone tell me what's on them and from what province/city these are? Thank you!

1 is from the 31st of March 1993, for 500 grams (of rice)
2 is from 31st March 1993 also, for 1 kilogram
3 is from 1991, for 1 kilogram
4 and 5 are from 1993 and 1990 respectively, both are for 250 grams
6 is from 30th September 1991, for 1 kilogram
7 is from 1991, for 5 kilograms
8 is for use in the later half of the year 1973
9 is undated, but mentions something about 4 persons or more
10 is from October 2003

Sorry I can't tell you more, my Chinese is sadly quite limited z)
I think some of the dates listed above might actually be expiration dates rather than issuing dates.
Thank you! This will help me further. I tried translating the last one and it says something about High School Tuition, any idea what that could mean?

When I asked for help with a similar coupon (https://en.numista.com/forum/topic64740.html) they posted a link to a site with lots of them, pictured (http://www.banknoteworld.it/china_-_food_coupon.htm).
Thanks!
