It's a denier tournois, minted before 1245 under Louis VIII or at the beginning of the reign of Louis IX

Having a second look at it, I realise there is a "S" at the end of the legend "TVRON
V S CIVI
S" and a V instead of a I, so Louis IX only :

I think completed sales are a very good source to determine value.
You might also try US Ebay. Search for denier 1245 under Medieval coins. Then select Advance Search - check the sold box. And search again for completed sales.
