Error in coins available for trade [solved]

I just had a member request 12 coins from me. The problem is that 9 of the 12 show a blank on my side in the exchange column of the manage my collection page. These coins have been already traded, some of them quite a while ago. The commonality of the 9 coins is all have a grade and value in the description field as I do not remove this when it is traded.
