Looks like something from Argentina or United States, quite poor condition, is there any way of telling the date, place and metal?

I think it's a liberty head cent from Uniited states, but I can't read the year under the bust.

If it's a large cent, and not a half cent, it dates from the period 1808-1835. The best way to know is the shape of the chin. See
this wonderful site .

It's a USA "Matron Head" large cent 1816-39, you can tell by the shape of the hair and chin, plus the stars go all the way around above the head. They never made the half cents with that particular face, but you can verify this by the diameter (29mm for cent, 23.5 mm for half)
Used time zone is UTC+2:00. Current time is 10:03.
