Normally they look a bit the same, however I think the image of the coin under the occupation of Riga isn't the good one here : the legend for Riga is "MON : NOVA CIVIT · RIGE".

​Indeed both entries say 'LIVONI', the KM#31 should be CIVI(T) RIGE
