Help Chinese banknote stamps

I need help. I want to know what the stamps say that has his China banknote

I can read Chinese but there are some unreadable characters .
Two characters in the front is "利" and "農"。
利 means "good for something"
農 means "agriculture"

Four characters in left side of the back are "暫" "作" "壹" and "元"
"暫" mean "temporally"
"作" means "used as"
"壹" means "one"
"元" means "dollar"
