​I can, but the only way that I can get them out of KG is to send them by one of the following forwarders: FedEx, UPS or DHL. All three would be expensive compared to regular postal service .. 90% of the time, when sending something from the post office, they will take everything out of the envelope to ensure that you are not sending something restricted .. which currency is ..
