8€ portugal proof or not? [solved]

I was bored, and I had some extra money so I decided to go to the local shop. I saw the portugese 8 euro 2004 - Enlargement of the EU: It was 25€, but I managed to get it for 23€. It wasnt fully uncirculated though, it had a small piece of something on it. But is it proof or not? Why I am asking is that I do not have proper numismatic weight. Also those coins have the same diameter. It could be proof, I own a 2 cent proof, and from both, I can see myself.
