Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Dominica, El Salvador, French Polynesia, Gabon, Georgian Republic, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iran, Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malta, Myanmar, Namibia, New Caledonia, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Senegal, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia and Uzbekistan each gained one new member.
