I looked through all coins with those perimeters, and didn't find anything. The bust looks Spanish (Portugal, Brazil).

I think it is a UK coin of King George III. Possible date around 1806 or 1807.
Not too sure of face value as coin is pretty worn.

Yes it's a George III 1/2 penny . It should not be silver though?

Thank you. :-) The coin is silver.I had one like this, eventually noticed spots of red around the coin, it was simply silver plated. Most likely what yours is as well.

At one time it was a normal size coin; then someone cut or hammered
the edges - like happened to mine ...
and yes if yours is also silver-coloured it has been plated in the past.

I've tested it, it's not coated.

Camera colors are not always perfect, but your photos appear to show copper coloring on the raised edge at the left.
Could it have been dipped in mercury?

As I believe, no other coin with these images have ever existed, then if the coin is not copper, then it is a fake that someone has produced to sell at a good profit.
Try weight, diameter and thickness measurements please
