Look into Syria and Ethiopia.
I don't know much about modern coins but you should be able to find them there.

Egypt for the first one, during the Federation of Arab Republics, but I'm agree with you : they look almost the same during this period

For the egyptian one, you can try
this tool to identify the year. And
that one , for the ethiopian coin.

The reverse of the KM#106 from Syria doesn't match with yours. Event the metal is different.
This part of the lettering stands for "Egypt".
Have a look at the KM#430 from Egypt, it's a 10 Qirsh as well.
I'm agree for the other one.
