I have a Cayman Islands 5 cent piece I found and went to enter it into my collection but I noticed that the description of the design on the reverse side of the coin is wrong. I looked at the other year ranges and only one of them has the correct description.
The reverse design is described as a "pink-spotted shrimp" on 3 of the year ranges for the coin. However the design is not a pink-spotted shrimp, its a Cayman Crayfish, a type of rock lobster or spiny lobster. I was able to find confirmation of this on the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority site where they list the crayfish as one of their coin designs:
