Is this medal solid gold? I have an opportunity to purchase one today. It's listed at a 100 for rarity on this site.

You've probably got more chance of winning the lottery than it being real.

the rarety index shows how much members have it, not how scarce it is

It's unique or near so, as far as I know. No electrotypes either. I've never seen one auctioned.
It's also massive, at 73grams!

The pictures on the medal sheet come from Classical Numismatic Group. I'm not sure how rare it is though

CNG get their hands on a disproportionate amount of extremely rare European and especially British coins and medals somehow. They sometimes go for really good prices too. Each of the following were pretty cheap [compared to what they are worth]
For example:
https://cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=191430 - Amazing and absolutely unique!
And just the other day, one that I lost out on.
https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=345313 (An electrotype of the original that is now in the British museum, but still an estimated population of 10 or so.)
https://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=334870 and a Swedish 2 Riksdaler, of which about 8 exist.
