Getting rid of coin collection

Looking for advice. I would like to get rid of about 98% of my coin collection. Would love to trade it for world banknotes or sell outright. Any suggestions as how to accomplish this would be appreciated. If anyone is interested in my collection as a whole or in part let me know.

You might need to make your collection visible, not just your swap list.

I did a similar move not too long ago, I got rid of almost all my post-WW2 coins which was about half of my collection. Since I wanted to get rid of it fast I just went to my local coin club and offered it right there to whoever makes the best offer, got around 20e for it. It was probably worth more then what I got but I'm satisfied.

Another option might be trying to sell the whole lot over the forum but postage costs will probably be very high

I would like to congratulate you. This is an important step. I like the revolutionary approach too - last year I've sold/swapped away 95% of my collection.

Managed to post about 30 total so far on ebay, and 50ish here!

Some I don't even know WHERE I should be selling them.

I sell tons of crap on ebay. from my wife and sister too. nets me money in the paypal for stuff I do want.
its work, no question about it, don't be greedy or fool yourself , list it for .01 and take what you get.
its just stuff. move it out and move on.
