It is - that member is in Canada so he sees in local currency CAD and
here below is a page that I see in GBP so if you look at a value you will see in USD

Do you mean within the popup box in place of the 36,146€/kg?
i.e. Canadian member sees it in CAD, Euro member sees it in €, US member sees it in USD, etc.

In the last section of the profile settings page, you can select your 'personal currency'. So if you live outside the US, but like to have all Numista values in USD for the sake of convenience, you can arrange it there.
