I believe it is a Austro Hungarian Kreutzer. Which one I am not sure. A view of the other side might help.

Marie Theresa Kreuzer...I think. Look up Austro Hungary for a start. Then look for the best match.

The date appears to be 1773, although it is cut off. The mint mark on the front should be "C" based on the legend on the reverse around the eagle's tailfeathers, "EvS AS", which means this was made in the Prague Mint.

Also, the EvS - AS designation is for the mint master and (I believe) designer: Paul Erdmann von Schwingerschuh and Anton Stehr
