I think to read "Philippine" above the 20 but I can not find any coin similar to his one. Do you have any other idea of the origin of this coin?

I'm not completely sure because the coin is in such a bad condition, but I think it's 20 centesimi from Italy. The date I can't read except for the "9" under the crown:

We think with two people exactly the same coin, so I guess we are right.
And Tony is right about the date too, the last digit is a 4:
But if the mint mark on the bottom is "R" or "KB", I can't read.
