I need help in identifying what appears to be a commemorative silver coin. It has American Samoa Centennial April 17,2000 on top and on bottom is William Mckinley 25th President of The United States----The other side has on top Seal of American Samoa April 17, 1900 and on bottom SAMOA MUAMUA LE ATUA with the initials J on top of a W in the center underneath and to the left of a picture of a mop and a stick crossing over each other and on top of a bongo like structure----picture on reverse is of President McKinley looking over a group of islands with the American and Samoan Flags above----coin is 1.5 inches in diameter --.130 inches thick and weighs 33.5 grams-----Thanks
