To make a profile picture, you must go to Your Account Settings and go to Forum Public Profile and see Avatar and click on New Image and click on Choose Image and there you are all set. But your profile picture must be about 100 x 100 pixels and 30 KB.
or -- are you asking how to edit an image file to be 100x100 pixels?
Do you use a Windows computer? Find "Paint" in the accessories. Start it. File open the picture you want for avatar.
You can select a square and crop the picture to the selection. Then look for "resize" in the menus. Choose pixels in the list of dimensions types, enter 100 in height and width.
Save as new file name.
