Due to my summer holidays (Madeira and Porto Santo) I wont be able to react to any swap requests. I'll be back within 21 days. After that I will ponder and answer all swap offers.
Hint: May you be there on holidays than visit the Mercado dos Lavradores in Funchal-Madeira.
Interesting ancient kingdom coins from Madeira and Azores can be found there.

As far as I know, Madeira is in fact Portugal and the Portuguese coins are the common currency. During the kingdom, queen Maria II did struck a serie of coins (pecunia Madeirensis) to be used in the Madeira archipel.
In 1981 the Região Autonoma da Madeira struck a serie of 2 coins (25 and 100 escudos) but they're in the Portuguese catalogue.
Concerning the Azores archipel. The Portuguese kings and queens did struck Azores coins and the "Região Autonoma dos Açores" also struck a serie of 2 coins in 1980 (25 and 100 escudos) but they're Portuguese too.
In other words, Azores and Madeira coins (specially the Maria II) ones are hard to find.
Beautiful place Madeira although Funchal is more commercialised it's still great. Our next Portuguese holiday will probably be the Azores although it'll probably be years away now.

The Azores archipel it's on my bucket list too. Once there it's a question to visit the local markets and coins start to shine to you.

King Ludovicus the 1st, in Portugal known as Luiz I, was also known as the numismatic king. He did an impressive work to catalogue the Portuguese coins heritage and did had an impressive collection too.
Wish you luck in your search of Madeira coins, but those who seek will find.
