Favorite users (bookmarking users)

It often happens that I browse through user profiles and see that a certain person would be an interesting swap partner, only that I am currently too busy with different swaps or have other reasons of not being ready for a swap, but would like to swap with him / her in the future.
Would it be possible to create a possibility to bookmark users for this purpose?

I usually just save a comment in the comments field on their profile. Then when I go to start a new swap you can filter only those members about whom you've wrote a comment.

How can I do that?

Write something in comments field then click save.

Go to start a swap under exchanges tab
then scroll down to select the filter option
