I have been asked to send a list of Canadian 25 cents coins, that I need, to a collector so that we can exchange in the future, but I cannot do it.
I have saved the list of coins, which are exact replica of the pages as listed on the Numista site, but cannot save it to Excel.
HELP
Phil,
Can you please help me by giving full details of how I do this. Spent an hour this morning trying, but only seem to be able to export 'my coins' rather than the coins I really need on a list.
Geoff
It's pretty easy. Just login on Numista website and then click "Your coins"
Then in the bottom side of the window you have export options.
After you click the Export button you will have your collection into an Excel file. Open it and start filter data.
As you can see you coins will be displayed just for Canada, then you can filter your data even more to find your 25c coins.
You will end up with your Canadian 25c coins. You can apply as many filters you want (year, quantity, etc). Then you can copy/paste data where you want or create another file just with these coins.
I can already do the list of coins I HAVE. I need an excel spreadsheet of Canadian 25 cents coins I NEED.
Later up-date.
I have now put tick against each of the Canadian 25 cents coins, which brings up a red heart in each coin.
Am I able to search for this list?

You can use the filters to list the cells with no value in them, i.e. those you haven't yet checked off on your Numista page. That should give you what you need.
I'm using a 2003 MS Office Suite so I can't give you the exact menu, but there's definitely an option to filter the results by < / > / any value, or no value.
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.

Tried all sorts of options for an hour last night, without any success, so am going to give up trying.
Going to use the old method. List them manually by KM# and then by description of those with no KM#.
It would probably have taken less time to do it this way than all the time I have used trying to do it the technical way.
Perhaps, the old ways are best sometimes.
Thanks for all of your help
