I have two swaps still open after six weeks and have not received the coins. They both swear they sent them. What if anything can I do to help fix this? One is a small swap but the other one had lots of dollar coins.
Thanks

That doesn't effect a perfect 10.0/10.0 rating, but it gives info about lost shipments and this can help future swappers. If there are too many "no grade" feedbacks because of lost shipments, they know it's suspicious. If you don't give any feedback because the coins didn't arrive, nobody will know.
So I ask myself the same question as kfranklin ...
