Someone is using a page from Numista to advertise on eBay

Someone has apparently taken a page from the catalog and is using it to sell a coin on ebay. Link is below.

I pointed out the same problem several months ago on the French site. I can't remember the seller's name, but I think it's the same.

It's probably good publicity for Numista, and it shows that it is reliable!

No-one can even understand whether the image and descriptions are from Numista , or maybe not?
Good point, and what's worse, the seller removed the copyright notice from one of the photos:

I think he super-imposed his pictures over the Numista page.
That's true for the first picture, but the fifth one is the Numista page and photos, altered by removing the copyright notice.

Numista is such a wonderful source for all the information listed, I can see myself doing the same thing if I were to sell something on eBay - just because it's accurate information for the seller's examination, and especially if you are selling a lot of coins. But at least credit or link Numista SOMEWHERE for using the page! As for crediting the person who took the photos on the original webpage, does it matter if you are using your own photos and name them as such, as the person did by saying "Actual Photos"? (not saying the person is correct to do so, just curious) :.
At least be a gentleman/woman about it and give credit where it's due.
