Someone explain to me what is the difference of French coin KM # 875 - 5 Centimes in connection with these words? If you have a picture to send help a lot.

That is the mintmark of the Poissy, France mint, on the lower left of the coin, below the 5 number. I have one here, and show two pictures ...
