Just doing a little work on my PC and I get a popup email from the Royal Mint about a newly ready £5 coin previously only available in precious metals, like 1 kilo bullion etc. The design is the unicorn of Scotland.
I do though feel the person who designed the cover artwork, did not really think it through when incorporating the unicorn on the coat of arms, could easily be seen as a severe insult.
I have seen the Unicorn of Scotland plenty of times, but the "open mouth" expression on the cover had me laugh out loud to the point my better half gave me a strange look, then having to explain my "inner child" reason.
Oh, now I see it! He's kinda dry humping the royal standard like a horny Chihuahua. It's just asking to be photoshopped.... "You like that don't you? Who's your Daddy?" speech bubble.
I can't see all those Rab C. Nesbitt types getting outraged though. Far more common sense than American millennials.
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.

Glad someone saw it how I did, it is mostly due to the unicorn appearing like it is looking down and horn horizontal. The normal design is 45 degree horn angle like the one posted above
