The grand champion of the Most Popular Coin Competition for 2017 is Fluke's wonderful Italian Stallion. I'd like to thank everyone for supporting the competition through both your entries and your votes.

Beautiful coin !
Gorgeous!! Congratulations Fluke.

Also, a big round of applause for Neil.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble.  It's what you know for sure, that just ain't so.  Mark Twain
Congrats Fluke! I would also like to thank Neil for taking on this tremendous task and handling it quite well!

Congratulations to all the entries, voting was always so hard!

And congratulations to Fluke on his great win, and to neilithic for a successful event! Organising something like this isn't easy.
Great Job all around Neil and the other competitors. This is the first time I've followed the competition but certainly won't be the last.

Congrats to Fluke! And big thank you to Neil for running the contest so well! :)
Thank you!!... I am really surprised to actually win being up against some stunning coins. This is my favourite post 1900 coin in my entire collection, especially with the relief being very high which brings out the beautiful details in the design.

Big big thank you to Neil for taking the time to create this MPCC, a lot of work has gone into it. So a big thank you from me. ;)

I am looking forward to the next one already!
