This may be easy. If it is, then we should list all of the notes that have a person with loss of vision depicted on banknotes.

Surely, somewhere in the world, there is a banknote with Admiral Nelson on it. I will check my catalogue today.
Nelson appears on a £20.00 note from Gibraltar since 1995, but no eye patch
I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
