Algeria: km129 year lines!

"1417 (1997) accent with two points" appears twice!

"1430 (2009) (fr) Légende b" should be "accent with two points"

"1436 (2015) (fr) Légende a" should be "with rounded accent"

Or you would have to have two lines for each year, one for the French and one for the rest of the world, but not mixed like now. If you decide to delete the French lines, then don't forget to eliminate :

A: rounded accent at end of legend left
B: accent with two points
