Belgium Non-circulating- Yes, No, Maybe, It Depends?

When I do an advanced search for the coins I am interested in collecting from Belgium (all but commemorative, tokens, trial strikes and precious metals), I get 150, when I take out non-circulating I get 140, but when I ask to see only non-circulating I get 0. Someone please explain.

All non-circulating are commemoratives. Switch these on and you get them.
