Any information on this Medal: The Great War Peace Proclaimed June 1919

I know what this is to celebrate/ commemorate.

I have found the engravers mark as JKC. But other than this I have no information on it.

All I could find, it is ...

British
Medal - or medallion
Bronze metal, but was covered in gold originally (gilded - pic 2 & 3)
35mm or 1-3/8inches
Weight 14 grammes
Not on front or back, but there may be a name on the side/edge
Initials JKC may actually be JRG for J Gaunt
Originally had a clasp with a Tudor rose on

Amended or added to above since your reply; also seen another with a red/white/blue ribbon. On the back of which says J R Gaunt's name. Two more pictures thereof ...

   

I saw it described somewhere as ...

Pierced for wearing

The word putto means a representation of a small child. Well, I spent an hour on all that. Still no nearer who received or gave them though.  :|  :)

I really helped...I was admittedly torn between JRG and JKC. JRG it is. Good work, and thank you for taking the time.
