Messages grouped in folders and automatic removal of coins after swapping?

I am still learning about all the tools available to me on the website. Do these tools already exist and I am simply unaware of them, or should I ask if these features can be added after the important stuff is done?

1) Can I add folders to group my messages? Perhaps I could make a folder for a conversation so it is easier to find if there are a lot of back and forth messages, or make a folder for "people whose coins have been sent" vs "still under discussion"? When you are talking with multiple people, your mailbox can fill up quickly and I am so new to swapping that I have to be very careful not to make mistakes.

2) If I list a coin for swapping, is there a way to make it not show up on the list once I confirm that I will swap it to someone, or do I have to manually remove the coins after I make a swap? Since the system knows the coin is part of a swap, it would be nice to make sure I don't accidentally make it appear available.

I think the first question is not possible, but let's see if others have something to say on this one.

As for the second question, there is an option in the swap monitor, when you open the swap in specific you can "Edit your Collection" there you will be able to manipulate the coins you are receiving and the ones you are giving away.

I normally type also in the comment section "reserved" until the swap is confirmed, after that I remove the comment and the number of coins given. Also I add the new coins as VG until they arrive for further evaluation and correct grading. Sometimes I also put in the comments field something like "not received yet" that way it's easier to monitor where the coin is, as it is really easy to get confused.
