Identify the Mughal silver rupee

This coin arrived today... the seller has good feeedback too.
It's an 1806 Shah Alam ii arcot mint silver rupee with diameter around 23- 24 mm.
Have a look and say whether a genuine piece or not......

yes it is real but it looks cleaned
The mint is at the bottom of the first picture (partially off flan)
regnal year looks like 43
date is AH1221
