Any one can explain me why this coin:

is under Malay Peninsula
and this one

is under
British East India?

I don't have any Malay Peninsula coins and don't want to buy the wrong one.
Sorry no Swaps. Paraguay Post Office is to risky and they don't allow to send coins nor notes
