Mintage was 150,000 so what would you consider a fair price for a good example? There is one for sale but I think the price is a little high.

​What denomination? 5¢, 10¢ or 20¢? And in what grade? Given the mintage, I suppose it's the 10¢. It goes for about $10 in VG and $85 in EF, for example.

More or less what Camerinvs said, it's hard to tell without seeing it. As far as Newfoundland coins go the 1912 ten cent piece is not considered particularly scarce but it can still go fairly high depending on the grade. If you'd like to pm me a photo or the ad itself I could be a little more specific. I would never snipe a coin out from a member here.
