As I know to sell all these blacklisted countries' items is forbidden through Ebay and using PayPal. So can it cause any problems with sending / receiving such pieces to the USA too or it's only about selling/purchasing? Has anyone got the experience like that? Please share the results if yes.
I would like to know how you assembled that list. The only country on that list whose goods would not be permitted to freely trade in the US by third-party sellers is Cuba, and that may be lifted soon. I'm surprised you didn't list North Korea, that would also be a problem.
An American would not be able to accept PayPal from these countries:
Belarus
Burma (Myanmar)
Cote d'Ivoire
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Iran
Iraq
Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor)
Persons Undermining the Sovereignty of Lebanon or Its Democratic Processes and Institutions
North Korea
Sierra Leone
Sudan
Syria
Western Balkans
Zimbabwe
I'm surprised PayPal didn't list Crimea, that's a region where commerce with the US wouldn't be permitted.

actually the thing is only to understand if the parcel goes to the USA can it cause any problems or not, sure someone already had such a dilemma during swaps

Quote: "Steve27"I doubt there are any Numista members from those countries, with the possible exception of Cuba.
It's not about members from those countries If someone send lets say Cuba coin from France to the USA can it cause the problem with the parcel or not. That was the sense of the question

absolutely not as long as it our not declaring it as a product if those countries your good I get them in swaps all the time. It's much easier to swap for these countries since I cannot buy them as easily and never had any issues with them being sent to me. I'd like to also add that I've never had any issues with mailing them myself either whenever I've received duplicates.
