Modifications History - wrong info [solved]

Hello,

Having a look at a Modifications History page for this coin:

the end of it looks like this:

#1,2,5 were changed by me and automatically approved as I'm the referee
#3,4 were approved by me
however, that's not what it's mentioned

I told them long time ago that history page is broken and someone have to take a look but don't open the Pandora box. It's a touching nerve for administration.

Yes it has been so for long.
The general info is fine but the names of the persons who validated seem random, and generally all the same when you open a page.

I guess Xavier knows but considers it low priority ...

I believe the creator name is multipled there...

I will try to ask about it.
