Hi guys,

I recently got this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1939.html

As it looks extremely shiny and has some sort of 'mirror-effect' I wonder if it may actually be a proof coin?
The first two pictures are from a scanner, the other with a camera.
