Yes, not a bad deal, though I suspect all of those books are accessible through archive.org (or other such electronic archives), e.g. this book which is shown among the dealer's photos:

For sure, in terms of time, the $10 is worth it if you want to have the whole set of 260 books and articles!

It appears he downloaded at least some, if not all, of these from google books (you can see the "Google" in the lower right-hand corner):

Yes, and at least one of the titles I checked was not in archive.org.

I suppose he has not included any of the books that should not be available for download (i.e. are not in the public domain) but can be found on some Russian websites...
