The flow of entries has slowed down to a dribble.
Come on people, we need entries! Ask yourself what you have to lose? The answer is, absolutely nothing, other than few minutes of your time to send through some pictures of your coins and a brief description.
Then ask yourself what you have to gain. The answer is a whole lot! You get the fun of participating in the contest, you get to watch your coin and see which members share your taste and vote for your coin. You have the chance of winning one of the great prizes that are listed on the prize thread of the MPCC forum. The grand prize for the overall winner will be a silver proof $5 coin from New Zealand valued at $100.
The entries we have so far are:
A - Pacific and Australasia - 11 entries
B - Asia - 12 entries
C - North America - 11 entries
D - South America - 12 entries
E - Africa - 12 entries
F - Middle East - 9 entries
G - Europe - 14 entries
H - Ancients and Exonumia - 16 entries (eight for each)
So we need more entries, especially for the Middle east category. Get entering people. You have just 1 month before the cutoff for the first two categories Pacific/Australasia and Asia, but I will still accept entries for the other sections until 1 week before the competition for their category is due to begin.
