Civic copper - mule of a coin from Isfahan [solved]

Who can help with civic copper coins?
Here is the first one.
I guess Iran. I have found a very similar obverse with KM#A21. But that one has a different reverse while my coin has the same picture on both sides.
Weight: 16.48gr
Size: 32mm

If your coin is coin, its an error definitely, because any Iranian civic copper has same formula: motif on the obverse, and " Darb fi.. / city name/ and year or without year.

This one has very common motif - Lion and sun behind, - so called " RANK" , which could struck also on any token or medallion.

Thank you for your answer, David.
I am still not very familiar with the Iranian civic coppers. Since I bought a lot with several civic coppers, which did also include the fals of queen Rusudan, I have checked plenty of sites for civic coppers and indeed I didn't find one single coin that didn't have a formula on the reverse.
But I found this one with a very similar lion and a matching diameter and weight http://numismatics.org/collection/1917.215.3042 plus the one illustrated in KM under A21 and another one which I failed to archive and can't find back now.
Of course I have no idea if this one has been struck as coin, token, medallion or something else and I am happy for any information that could help to solve the mystery.
I really came to like these coins and I am still very happy with my purchase.

I got an answer that it is most probably a mule with 2 "reverses" from the style of the lion & sun, mint Isfahan.

I got the answer here: http://www.worldofcoins.eu/forum/index.php/topic,37587.0.html with a magnificent example of a prestige coin featuring a very similar lion.

On their behalf I copy it from their message:

This copper coin was called Folus and belongs to Safavid Empire,

and emblem of Lion and Sun is on the coin which is the emblem of Iran.
