I have seen this design on US Army medals, but I don't know if this is an actual medal or a commemorative one. Any information is appreciated, Thanks!!!

That is the title that I used since that it what it says on it. As I mentioned I know it doesn't look like the actual medal, I'm trying to figure out if its a Token or a replica, or something else.... any more info is welcome, thanks!
